Do I Have to View a Property Before Applying?
Yes we require everyone to book a viewing by emailing us at info@k2pm.ca before being able to receive an application.

How Do I Pay For My Rent?
You can pay your rent through etransfer or you can come in person to pay with cash.

When Should I Pay My Deposit?
After being approved for the apartment the property coordinators will be in contact with you with all the information you will need.
