What is The Process of Hiring K2 to Manage My Property?

Firstly we will carry out a site visit. After this will will contact you with our esstiment on potential rent and upgrades if needed 


Why Should I Choose K2?

K2 property Management will assess all potential tenants and award tenancy with the best
suited candidate. K2 Property Management will also collect all rent/lease payments, manage
tenant grievances and maintenance requests as well as perform regular site inspections. All
maintenance and service requests will be prioritized by way of urgency.

K2 Property Management provides support services 24hrs per day, 7 days per week to deal with
daily and emergency after-hour maintenance requirements. An estimate will be provided for

approval for any major repairs or maintenance. K2 Property Management will maintain on-
going communication with the owner.
